We get it — sometimes things don’t go to plan. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
📅 Return Window
You’ve got 14 days from the date of delivery to decide if we’re worthy of your cupboard or wardrobe space.
📦 Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition — basically the way they arrived.
💸 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return postage. We don’t offer free returns (our jokes are free, not postage).
😬 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or looking like it had a rough night out:

Attach a photo or two so we can see what went wrong
We’ll sort it with a replacement or full refund — your choice.
💳 Refunds
All refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow a few business days for it to hit your account.
